At OneStep4Help Foundation, every donation counts. We value transparency and take great care in processing your generous contributions.

1. Donations

• All donations are non-refundable once processed.

• If a duplicate transaction or technical error occurs, please notify us within 7 business days.

• Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed within 6–7 working days to your original payment method.

2. Event Sponsorship or Campaign Support

In case of cancellation of an event by the foundation:

• Refunds or fund reallocation will be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Refunds are not provided for voluntary donation withdrawals or change of mind.
